Minecraft: Java Edition snapshot includes more fixes for 'the Nether Update'

The biggest changes in the new snapshot includes:

Individual redstone pieces tin can now toggle between a cross and a dot. Redstone dots will non power adjacent blocks.
New import/export functionality that allows players to create custom earth profiles and salvage them for afterwards use.
New experimental settings that let players to tweak their custom worlds with greater control.
New command lines to disable chat and multiplayer options.
